How to book our photographers:

Simply use our Contact Us form or call us on 0845 838 1890 / 01501 820 989. Let us know as much details as possible including, name of event, location, date and times. An event photography contract will be supplied by us providing written confirmation of our agreement. That's it!

Legal Statement: Xpression Photography will carry out their own risk assessment of the Event location on the day, a copy of which can be requested if required. Minor release forms will be provided by Xpression Photography when taking photos of minors which MUST be completed by an adult during or before the event. Free event photography offer excludes Weddings, Private Functions and Nightlife unless otherwise agreed in writing. There is no hidden charges or fees for the organiser, an invoice will be supplied for "NIL" to keep our records in order. If a private gallery is selected it is the responsibility of the organiser to ensure the secure access code is distributed to all parties that require it for access, unless otherwise agreed. A single power point is required for our on-site printing.
