Q. I have had my photos taken but cannot find them, where are they? 

A. We normally ask you to allow up to 12 hours for photos to be uploaded to our website. Due to the size of each image file, it can take several hours to upload a large amount of photos at a time. If you see some photos but not all of them, please wait a few minutes then try refreshing your web browser. 

Q. I want to book a photographer, can I place the order and pay for it online? 

A. Yes, you can order any of our services or products on our website and pay securely online. 

Q. What payment methods do you accept? 

A. Our website can accept all major Credit/Debit cards, Switch, Solo and PayPal. Our current payment processor is PayPal which is safe and secure. No registration is required with PayPal when paying by credit/debit card. 

Q. My friend had his photos taken, the gallery is asking me for a password, can you send it to me? 

A. No. Private Galleries require an access code to enter. You must contact the owner of that gallery and ask them direct for the password. Private galleries are there to protect the privacy of our clients. 

Q. I had my photos taken a few months ago. My gallery is showing that it will expire soon. Why? 

A. Our web server has limited storage due to the total amount of photographs we upload on a daily basis. Due to this, our galleries only normally stay live for 6 months. If your gallery is due to expire but you would like more time to view it, please give us a call so we can extend the period for you. 

Q. I paid a deposit for a service but I didn't attend the appointment. Can I get a refund or change the date? 

A. Our deposit policy is in place to cover any costs incurred when clients fail to attend. As stated when placing your order and paying your deposit, no refunds will be given or transferred for failure to attend. When placing your order, we allocate a photographer and any other services ordered (hair stylists/makeup artist) who should still be reimbursed for their wasted time.
