Xpression Photography are continuously recommended by previous/existing clients. Apart from being good for business this is also a strong endorsement that we are providing a valued and trusted service.
As a token of appreciation for these recommendations we have created a new referral scheme to reward your kind gesture of promoting our service. There is no limit to the amount of referrals, though all bookings are subject to availability. We have divided our new referral scheme into 2 sections, see below for full details.
Option 1: Client to client referral
This option is suitable for people who wish to reduce the cost of their own purchases. For each successful referral, you will receive £5 web credit on your registered account. The funds can be used to purchase any service or product on our website as part or full payment.
For example: If you wanted to book us yourself for a studio shoot at £45 plus order a canvas print at £55, your total would be £100. If you made 3 successful referrals to us you would receive web credit of £15 which can be used towards your own purchase. If you made 20 successful referrals you would receive £100 web credit which would cover the cost of your own booking and canvas print order.
You MUST ensure that the client states your name at time of making the booking. To ensure this is done, you may place the booking on behalf of the client though you MUST have their full permission, contact details and details of the booking including any requested time(s), date(s) and venue(s).
Option 2: Sales Referral
This option is suitable for sales driven individuals who wish to earn a cash income. For each successful referral, you will receive £5 cash plus bonuses. Payments are usually made weekly though can be paid monthly on request. A bonus cash amount of £50 is offered for every 20 successful bookings made per week. (For example: If you had 20 referrals in a week you would receive £150 cash) If you consistently reached the bonus every week, we would look to offer you a full time position with a guaranteed wage, which would exceed the National Minimum Wage.
To start benefiting from our Sales Referral Scheme you MUST first contact us using the form provided below. A member of our team will then contact you by email to confirm your request and to arrange an informal interview. If successful, your name will be added to our list of active Official Referers and you will receive a unique reference number. Each time a booking is made using your reference number, by yourself or a client, you will be eligible for payment.
As an Official Sales Referrer you will receive:
Promotional media (flyers, forms, price lists, posters, samples, etc)
Official ID Badge - supplied by Xpression Photography, includes recent photo of yourself, position held, date valid for and full name.
Cash In Hand Payment - You will be working on a Self Employed Basis and solely responsible for declaring your own Tax and National Insurance Contributions
Regular meetings to keep everybody involved up-to-date with all services, products and special offers
Under no circumstances should any Sales Referrers take payment from any client for any booking, without prior written consent by Xpression Photography. All payments will be made direct to Xpression Photography, by the client, via our secure Web Store or paid on the day of appointment. This is in place to protect both yourself and our clients. If any Sales Referrers are found to have accepted any payment, cash or otherwise, they will be removed from the list with immediate effect.
Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions
You will receive your payment/web credit once the booking has taken place. Under no circumstances will payments be made prior to any booking taking place, this is to ensure the booking is genuine and also covers us if the booking is cancelled by the client for any reason. If any referer consistently has high volumes of cancellations we would look to remove them from our list of referrers. Web credits are non-transferrable, though Vouchers can be bought using the credit and made out to someone else as a gift. Referrals are only paid for Services booked.
