All photos taken at the event are made available for viewing on our website in a choice of Public or Private Photo Gallery. If you choose the private gallery, only guests who are given the password can access the gallery. This is optional and is free of charge.
The booking fee is to cover costs and is non refundable in the event of a cancellation as the date will be secured against the booking. On-site printing and viewing screen is included with the fee. Your guests will be able to view the photos taken during the event and purchase strut mounted prints and large keyrings on the day. Photos will be uploaded to a gallery on our Website after the event where your guests have the option of purchasing prints and photo products.
All registered Charities will receive 20% of all on-site sales. Web sales are not included in this offer.
If event organisers offer a guaranteed minimum order of prints, there is NO BOOKING FEE. This is often the case for groups and clubs who offer pre orders for group photos and we supply the strut mounted prints on the day of the event. For large pre orders we also offer FREE personalised/branded strut mounts with either your logo or choice of text.
