Private Horsey Shoots with DVD of all images taken Included!!
The shoot will take place either where your horse is stabled or at a location of your choice within Central Scotland. On average you should expect your shoot to last 1-2 hours which allows us sufficient time to take various action, posed and candid shots of you both as well as individual shots of your horse. A private shoot with you and your horse simply means a shoot dedicated to you. Spectators are, of course, welcome.
During your shoot you will be offered the opportunity to view the photos taken. The photos will then be taken back to our office for processing. Once processed they will be uploaded to a private password secured gallery on our Website. You will be given access details on the day of your shoot.
You will receive a DVD of all images taken, which contains hi resolution images without watermarks. The DVD is included in the price advertised, so no further expense is required though you do have the option of purchasing products via our Website or office. You will normally receive your DVD within 5 working days of your shoot, unless otherwise agreed before hand.
Each booking is for 1 rider and up to 3 horses, this is to allow for riders that have access to more than 1 horse. It is your responsibility to ensure the land owner is aware of the shoot before it takes place and offers permission for access. You may give out a copy of your access code to friends and family, for your online gallery, though please do so with caution as anyone with access can purchase copies of your photos and other related products. To protect your privacy, we will not give out your access code to anyone else unless legally obliged to do so. If someone contacts us, even a close family member, we will merely ask them to contact you direct for access - this is to protect your privacy.
If photos are to be taken of a minor, a parent or legal guardian/suitable adult MUST be in attendance throughout the duration of the shoot and a Minor Release Form completed at the beginning of the shoot.
